Table Plan makes arranging your dinner parties or meeting seating charts (up to 12 people) easier and more fun to create and modify. No more scribbled and crossed out names. Table Plan HD for the iPad can seat up to 20!
With Table Plan you can choose the table shape, the number of guests and then enter the names and choose their gender and off you go.
Table Plan does an automatic boy/girl arrangement but it you don’t like it simply drag and drop each person.
If you’re bored by your neighbour, with Table Plan you can ‘shake to shuffle’* or simply press ‘Party Shuffle’ to move people around during the event.
Table Plan HD, only available on the iPad adds additional premium functionality
- Import from Contacts – save time and effort by not having to type in names
- Save lists – no need to enter the same name twice
- Add a menu and wine list – make sure you don’t serve the same food and wine to the same people
- Save Table – prepare multiple tables for events and keep a record of who sat next to whom last time
- Share – share your table plans with friends and family via email, Facebook or Twitter
- Print – print your table plans ready to use on the day
- Name your table – to keep a record of it forever
- Increase table sizes to 20 people
