Is this App a subscription service?
Nope, this App is a form designer software that allows you to design and upload forms to your own web server through the built in FTP uploader. You may design and update your forms offline, internet connection is only required when you are ready to publish.

If you do not wish to publish forms online, you may also generate a PDF copy of the form to be shared through email.

There are no monthly service fees charged by this App. The built in FTP function is compatible with any web host provider that supports regular FTP file transfer as well as PHP (both are standard features that come with just about all hosting services)
