App Description

Turkey Dinner Step-by-Step is an application designed to help the home cook create a great tasting Thanksgiving or holiday turkey dinner, on time, with less stress.

You provide the application with the date and time you want to sit down to eat, numbers of guests, and other dinner details, and the application creates a detailed plan for creating your dinner.

The application guides you through selecting the size and type of turkey, brining options, thawing strategies, as well as an interactive turkey roasting guide.

The application helps reduce the stress of the big day by allowing you to make three side dishes (stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans) the day before dinner with very tasty "make ahead" optimized recipes.

In addition to very detailed step by step recipes, there are guides that cover topics including basic turkey anatomy, how to "fast thaw" your turkey, what to do if your turkey is browning to fast, making the gravy, as well as tips for carving and presenting your turkey. (see complete list below)

If you are interested in what to do to do with leftovers, your customized plan can include making turkey stock and turkey soup as well.
