The ReceiptMatch Mobile App lets you use your device to access transactions made on your Business Card from American Express OPEN and instantly tag these transactions with digital receipt images, Intuit QuickBooks® categories, e-statement tags and notes.
Use the App to set and track Employee Card spending and receive alerts as employees approach spending limits or encounter blocked purchases.
MANAGE EXPENSES ON THE GO:
Each time you use your Business Card, simply open the ReceiptMatch Mobile App, access the transaction and snap a photo of your receipt. You can view and print your stored receipt images and transaction details from your online statement.
If you have enrolled in Sync with QuickBooks, you can tag your Card transactions with your QuickBooks categories. Once tagged, send that transaction data directly to your QuickBooks company file from your desktop.
MANAGE EMPLOYEE SPENDING:
With the ReceiptMatch Mobile App, you can proactively manage your Employee Card spending. View the account summary for your Employee Cards, set spending limits and receive alerts when your Employee Cards are near or over a set limit.
