Watermark is a searchable archive of tweets and App.net posts. It downloads tweets from everyone you are following, so you can go back and find older tweets later. And it provides a backup of all your own tweets and favorites forever.

Watermark Mobile is a streamlined search interface for this archive:

* Searchable archive of your tweets and tweets from your friends.
* Downloads all tweets from your timeline, without gaps.
* Every tweet from your friends is kept for at least 6 month, and your own tweets are kept forever.
* Your favorites are also included in the archive and fully searchable.

Plus additional features available in any web browser:

* Web-based timeline that remembers your reading position from Tweet Marker-compatible apps.
* Click any tweet to set its marker and sync it back to other apps.
* Saved filters to quickly switch between search results.
* Browse by date across the timeline and your own tweets.
* Copy tweets to custom named collections for yourself or to publish online.
* Sync your saved filters and collections to Dropbox.
* Add an App.net account to archive those posts.

The iOS app is free for existing Watermark customers, or sign up with a new subscription inside the app.
