Rass Language was founded in Taiwan in 1998. They mainly publish EFL (Learning English as Foreign Language) materials for kids coupled with audio CD and animated DVD to create interest and fun. The main obstacle with students learning English in Asia is the lack of a cultural environment to support the learning. Textbooks and story books are often detached from real life and fail to generate interest among students.
