The app gives simultaneous side and front views of the technique being performed. The video can be played, paused, slowed and zoomed to full screen. Coaching points and notes highlight to critical points of each technique. A tutorial runs the first time the app is launched to walk you through it's features. This is a universal app for both iPhone and iPad.
