The Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 Guide is the one and only GODLIKE way to have all of your UMvC3 needs in the palm of your hands at all times, including when you have no network connection! There is absolutely NO need to have any wireless or network connection once you have this app. You can use it at any tournament in a hotel, in someone's basement, or on the subway to your buddies house to play UMvC3, all where signals can be weak!
