It is also easy for you to upload videos with iTunes in wired mode. You can directly play your videos stored on NAS or PC harddrive on the same wireless network without having to transfer them to your iPhone or iPod Touch first. You can also play videos directly to DLNA/uPnp enabled TV or Set-top-tox.
