- A wonderful and immersive experience that allows you to enjoy the sights and sounds of San Francisco, without actually being there - AppAddict review.

- Selected by the App Store as one of the top 4 new travel apps.

With proprietary Panopticon™ technology, this revolutionary app reads the gyroscopes on the iPad/iPhone and updates the view in perfect sync with your movements. Custom soundscapes complete the immersive experience.

Wow! That’s SOOO cool! How does it do that?!? - just a few of the surprised responses from Beta testers of Be There: San Francisco.

“Amazing is the way most people have described it,” says Creative Director Bob Hone of Red Hill Studios. “We’ve created a seamless connection between your movements and your view. You become part of the scene. You really have to feel this app to believe it.”

Be There: San Francisco provides two free explorable panoramas. With a paid upgrade you’ll have access to 12 high definition panoramas and more than 65 insightful, detailed descriptions of San Francisco's famous (and not so famous) landmarks. You can also jump between locations in the city for speedy ‘virtual sight-seeing.’ Initial set of panoramic nodes include:

•Coit Tower
•Ferry Building
•Twin Peaks
•Washington Square
•Painted Ladies
•Russian Hill
•Lombard Street
•Muir Woods
•Chinatown
•Mission Murals
•1878 Historic Panorama

The app includes a rare historic 1878 panorama that reveals a quaint but bustling San Francisco taken by noted photographer Eadweard Muybridge. With Panopticon technology, it’s like you’ve stepped back in time to witness the birth of this thriving city.

Red Hill will be releasing a suite of Be There apps in the coming months including virtual explorations of Yosemite Valley, Boston, New York City, and Washington D.C.
