Crazy Face! effect can be applied to any image. Best results are obtained by using a picture with good light & contrast.
PS: The app is not working fine for iPhone 5s(64bit) since iOS 7's bug . The issue would be solved in iOS 7.1 , so just wait until iOS 7.1 has been released.
