When I first went into church media ministry, I started out putting videos on the web and editing morning worship videos. I was working really hard. It was taking every day in my week to produce this stuff because of the LONG PROCESS. Just putting the Videos on the web was a time killer. We would record the message, then we will edit the message, and then put it up on the web and then we would also put it to DVD and it was just a long, drawn out process.  
Just the editing alone was taking me two days and then on top of that, they had a video project for me to do every week. I had to record the videos, edit it together, and get ready for Sunday.  Then on top of that, they added the webpage and they wanted things done every week! 
And then on top of that, they would add additional small projects and pretty soon my ministry got to the point where I felt like I had about a week and a half worth of work and I only had 4 days to do it!  So I was struggling, I was really struggling to even get a day off and it was really caving in on me and it got to the point where I didn't really like my job!!
Now to the good part. I began to implement the things that we teach on How Church Media Works and I began to see that my time commitment come down,  I began to see my days get easier, in fact that two days editing was reduced down to five seconds, literally saving 12 hours!!
Remember the 3 days shooting and editing our weekly videos? I learned a few tricks that brings that time down so that now I spend an average of one day instead of three days editing a video for Sunday!
