TapTurismo is a gorgeous, sleek racing game with an Italian design flair. It features a drag-race styled theme: tap the screen repeatedly in order to accelerate your car and reach the finish line before your opponent.
• Gorgeous, sleek, Italian design:
Leonardo da Vinci said that "Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication."
TapTurismo embodies elegant sophistication in a manner that is extremely user-friendly and astonishingly pleasing to the eye. There are no buttons; you can tap anywhere to control the speed of your car. And when you launch the game, there are absolutely no distractions...no annoying ads, no buttons out of place, no hard-to-read fonts, nothing! Influenced by a strong belief in simplicity, we made TapTurismo the sleekest, most sophisticated piece of automotive art outside of Maranello. ;)
• A different approach to racing games:
Let's face it, racing games can get pretty boring. The prolonged action and sequence of events over several minutes tends to make you feel like you're...well...just driving a car around. So we went back to the drawing board, and we tried to figure out how to squeeze all of that action into a much shorter period of time. We eliminated all distractions and left the essentials: the cars and the race track. Most importantly, we tied physics kinematics principles into the programming of the vehicles, and the result is an extremely fast and competitive gaming environment that mimics a calculus-based linear acceleration model.
In short, this game is pretty intense. We hope you will enjoy it.
