App Description

The program will help you simulate a smooth line across some points (at least two) you assigned and measure the distance along the line between points you want. If you open the program for the first time, you have just one button to press, the new button identified by ‘+’. If you have used the program before and saved at least one document, the open button is also available. The new button is used to create a new document while the open button to open an existed document. You can create or open six documents at most in the portrait view and ten documents at most in the landscape view. Switch from one document to another by directly touching the document icon in the tool bar or swiping with two or three fingers on the screen. If you have created or opened a document now, you can draw some points (at least two) by touching the screen with one finger and then press the simulate button which is the first button among buttons on the right area of landscape view or the top area of portrait view. Now you can see a smooth line across these points. If you want to modify current points, you can press the redo or undo button on the tool bar which is always on the bottom of screen. If you are satisfied with current line, you can lock the line by pressing the lock button which is the second button. Then you can touch the screen with one finger again to specify the measure points. These operations are also reversible by pressing undo or redo button. After you finished, you can press the measure button which is the third button. If you are not satisfied with the result, you can press the trash button which is the fourth button after you unlock the line and do all these operations again. Also, you can save your work or delete it at anytime you want during these operations. Please notice that press the button named done on the tool bar will close current document without saving it. The coordinate button which is the fifth button will help you switch the coordinate system between rectangular coordinate system and logarithm coordinate system and it can also hide the grid lines, even the coordinate if you want. last button is called background button which can change the background image by picking up an image from photo library or camera. It can also set the background to a pure color you like. The value of the scale field in the background view which will be shown after you press the background button controls the scale of the background image and it is also an important factor that affects the measure results. Remember that if you want to meter an accurate distance, please set an appropriate scale. Most of these operations have a sound prompt, so keep your speaker on.
