Everyone loves cartoons, whether they are biting editorial cartoons or funny comic strips. Perhaps you wanted to make your own but thought that you didn't have the artistic talent. But if you have Toon Video app, it's easy to make your own basic cartoons. Click Start button to start record, and click Finish button to stop record, it is so simple.

7 filters: Contrast, Exposure, Saturation, Vignette, Red, Green, Blue. So you may create Old Film style, LOMO style and more styles
