Journal of Animal Science (JAS), published by American Society of Animal Science (ASAS), disseminates research on the sustainable use of animals for food and other human needs. Articles in this essential resource encompass a broad range of research in animal production and fundamental aspects of genetics, nutrition, physiology, and preparation and use of animal products.
Animal Frontiers is co-published by ASAS, Canadian Society of Animal Science (CSAS), and European Federation of Animal Science (EAAP). Each issue of this quarterly magazine presents a series of invited articles and several perspectives on a high-impact, global issue in animal agriculture. The topics are presented to be accessible to a wide audience, including policy makers, educators, scientists, and the general public.
