Sleep Wave™ can help you gently and naturally fall asleep.

Blue light therapy has been shown to be effective in helping to reset the body's Circadian rhythm, our built-in biological clock that gets entrained or adjusted by external factors, such as the amount of natural daylight and artificial light we get.

Sleep Wave™ can help you drop off in a tap! Simply select either 7 minutes (this is all most people need) or 25 minutes.

Then place your iPhone or iPad on your bedside table or on the floor by your bed, and switch off your lights. A gentle blue light that swells and subsides will be projected onto your ceiling.

Relax and with your eyes open let the blue light guide your breathing: breathe in as the light swells and breathe out as the light subsides. Don't worry if your breathing gets out of sync, just find the rhythm again. If your eyelids feel heavy and you want to close them, do so - you're falling asleep!

Sleep Wave™ will not disrupt your partner in the way some audio sleep aids do. Your iPhone/iPad will dim and shut down after the selected time.
