Major overhaul of the app to include:

- Much improved overlay animation speed

- Adjusted Advisory Banner To Prevent It From Covering Wind Speed and Other Data.

- Support for celsius and metric units

- Fixed issues were map legends background would disappear

- Added Map Legends for Chlorophyll and SST overlays

- Completely new first launch user experience

- Much improved GPS location services when using the "Find Me" button

- Tapping location button on map now zooms to your current location

- Refresh button added to interactive map

- Access to over 200 NOAA Weather Radio Broadcasts (in app purchase required)

- Point data is now returned to the map after stopping the animation. i.e.; if storm cells are enabled they will be re enabled)

- The Interactive map now remembers your every move even if you completely closing the app. i.e.; the map will be restored to the way you left it.

Various other smaller refinements to the UI and bug fixes.
