App Description
PhotoFTP turns your iPhone into a read only File Share / FTP Server.
With PhotoFTP, you can open and share your iPhone photo album from another computer, as easily as opening a document folder on your hard drive.
WiFi only - PhotoFTP only works if your phone is connected to WiFi. Mobile Telephone / Cellular Phone internet connections do not work with this App, due to limitations imposed by service providers.
FTP is not a high security protocol. Only use PhotoFTP if your phone contains no images or videos which might cause you embarrassment. Only use PhotoFTP on a trusted WiFi network - avoid using PhotoFTP on public WiFi networks. If you use PhotoFTP on a WiFi network which has been infiltrated by a hacker, they might be able to copy your photos and videos.
I recommend you switch off autolock, or keep touching the screen, when using PhotoFTP. PhotoFTP automatically shuts down within a few minutes, if PhotoFTP is not the active App. This is a limitation enforced by Apple, to prevent apps from draining your battery, when you are not using them.
