Score formula:
You need a minimum of 3 identical doggies stacked together to receive points. Each doggie worth 10pts, and every added doggie worth 2 times more than the previous one. So the more you stack, the more points you get!
Stack of 3 doggies = 10pt + 20pt + 40pts
Stack of 4 doggies = 10pt + 20pt + 40pts + 80pts
Stack of 5 doggies = 10pt + 20pt + 40pts + 80pts + 160pts
Stack of 6 doggies = 10pt + 20pt + 40pts + 80pts + 160pts + 320pts
Stack of 7 doggies = 10pt + 20pt + 40pts + 80pts + 160pts + 320pts + 640pts
Stack of 8 doggies = 10pt + 20pt + 40pts + 80pts + 160pts + 320pts + 640pts + 1280pts

Combo formula:
You can also get double scores (x2) if you could complete another stack within 7 seconds, and a triple (x3) after the next 7 seconds, and so on and so forth until you reach an nonuple (x9)!
e.g.:
first, stack of 3 doggies (70 pts)
in next 7secs-> stack of 3 doggies (70 pts x2)
in next 7secs-> stack of 3 doggies (70 pts x3)
in next 7secs-> … (x4) in next 7secs-> … (x5) in next 7secs-> … (x6) in next 7secs-> … (x7) in next 7secs-> … (x8) in next 7secs-> … (x9)!!!!!
