We used MAC to bind ID and machine before, but all iOS7 machine have the same MAC. To avoid any lost, please create an account before upgrading to iOS7. Then you can login with it.

At current version, after upgrading to iOS7, a new player will be created automatically, please do not panic, your game still there. Just Logout and Swithch Account with your account/password created before upgrading to iOS7. You will get your game back.
