Examples
You have been caught in an avalanche?
iSis AUTOMATICALLY detects an accident subsequent to an avalanche, no action is necessary, iSis takes over thanks to its trajectory analysis system.
Favourites are automatically and instantly alerted, as are local iSis equipped resorts and/or rescue organisations.
iSis also detects accidents stemming from free fall, followed by immobilisation, in this case the alert is also sent automatically and instantaneously.
Bluetooth ensures a precision that GPS cannot perform. iSis can precisely pinpoint the casualty’s location using a Bluetooth “dot” representative of the casualty that facilitates a “grid format” search.
iSis establishes contact between iPhones in areas not covered by a mobile network.
Manual alert
In case of accident, a manual alert can be sent with one touch to the main iSis button. This alert is sent to pre-registered favourites and local iSis equipped resorts and/or rescue organisations.
Witness to an avalanche?
All iSis users within the proximity of an accident or avalanche can assist with the rescue of other iSis users by activating the “Scan for near victims” function.
Note : Continuous use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
