This update brings some enhancements to The Night Sky Lite:

★ Bug fixes

Version 1.9.9 also added the following fantastic new features and enhancements:

★ Sky Sharing! - With the tap of a button share the sky you can see on Facebook, Twitter, E-mail and even save it to your camera roll! Share the magic of what you see in The Night Sky with your friends and family!

★ Restore Purchases Button - If you ever need to restore your device or get a new device and have to reinstall The Night Sky Lite, we have now made it easier than ever to get your in-app purchases restored for free. Just tap the new 'Restore Purchases' button under settings and all of your previous add ons, such as the Sky Information Pack, will be restored within the app.

★ Enhanced Accuracy - The Night Sky Lite now detects then alerts you when your devices compass (iPhone and iPad only) is not calibrated correctly and then gives you instructions on how to calibrate. To further enhance accuracy please ensure you remove any third party covers from your device when using The Night Sky Lite as they can interfere with your devices in built compass.

The Night Sky Lite - Simply Magical

The Night Sky Lite is a magical new app that enables you to identify the stars, planets, galaxies, and constellations you can see above. Just stand anywhere and hold your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad up to the sky and The Night Sky Lite will display the names of the stars, planets and other objects you are able to see, just like magic!

Even if your view is obscured by clouds or daylight, The Night Sky Lite app will know which stars, planets, galaxies, and constellations are hiding from your view! You have to use this app to realize just how amazing it is!

The Night Sky Lite does this by using your location data provided by the GPS and compass built in to your device. It then cross references your location data with its inbuilt map of the sky and overlays the stars, planets, galaxies, and constellations names on your screen. It really is magical and will amaze you, and anyone you show it to!

With the new Sky Information Pack, The Night Sky Lite now gives you a wealth of information about the objects you can see. No longer will you wonder what is above you, The Night Sky Lite has all the information you need to answer all your Night Sky questions!
