App DescriptionPractical, Substantive Checklist for Parents-To-Be
This original iPhone application provides a substantive checklist that syncs directly with your iPhone calendar; each week the app reminds expectant parents of what needs to be done during that particular week of the pregnancy and includes helpful and concise resources to prepare for Baby’s arrival.
We’re not MDs. So you won’t receive medical advice or facts like, “Your baby is the size of a peach today.” Sure, we loved getting that info when we were pregnant, but when it came to the truly practical advice, we had to rely on our girlfriends (such as take the CPR class before your bump becomes a beach ball, or equip your bathroom with Tucks Pads).
You are exhausted, nauseated, suffering from pregnancy-brain, and just too busy to have to check back to other sources for a to-do list. Your BFF During Pregnancy app makes the list for you, week-by-week, so you don't have information overload.
The full version of this app was voted 1ST IN PLANNING & ORGANIZING by babble.com and was voted ONE OF TOP 25 PREGNANCY APPS OVERALL.
The lite version of the app is exactly the same as the full version, except the lite version provides content through the 16th week of pregnancy (the full version provides content during every week of pregnancy and six weeks beyond).
Now available in eBook format.
Requires at least iOS 4. We recommend using the app on an iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 3GS or iPod Touch 4th Generation.
The Parent Prep School LLC iPhone application (“app”) is intended to provide practical information during pregnancy and the postpartum period; it is not intended to offer medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for the advice of your physician. Although we have tried to include as many helpful tips as possible, the app also does not cover every scenario or situation (like how to react when your mother-law-says, “are you sure you’re not carrying twins?”). We have tried our best to make sure the information in this app is accurate as of the date it is published, and we will continue to check the information and provide updates when possible. We expressly disclaim responsibility for any adverse effects arising from the use of the app (e.g., we told you to address those birth announcement envelopes early, so when you are up at 3 a.m. nursing and trying to finish the address list, don’t blame us).
