Note: For best results mount as level with the floor of the car as possible (in horizontal mode), since this app is very sensitive to acceleration, it is also affected by gravity, so a level mount is important for accurate results.
The reset button can be used if the mount is not 100% level to zero out the display.
The GPS is used for speed information, it is a good idea to use a car charger when running this app so the battery will not drain.
