‘Diet buddies’ lifestyle tracker ensures you weigh in each week and receive motivational advice that helps keep you on track to your target weight.

‘Diet Buddies’ interface allows interaction with the Bodychef website providing dynamic informative content to all its users. Each time a user weighs in their details are stored in the Bodychef database. By simply adding a password users can then pick from 8 diet plans, enter any amount of food exclusions before receiving benefits such as a weekly customised menu plan showing exactly what they would receive if they choose a Bodychef diet plan.
