Fresh Brothers 4+

We used to order from Fresh Bro’s all the time. As a busy mom, I like placing my order in advance and not having to make a phone call. My daughter can’t stand red pizza sauce so we always got her a cheese pizza without sauce. Since the last update, I can’t edit the pizza to have no sauce. It won’t allow me to remove the sauce or add instructions for the
individual pizza. I’ve tried putting the request in the special instructions part at checkout but the shop always ignores that and sends a pizza with sauce. You’ve lost my business til you can fix this.

Whoever created this new app took you all for a ride. There are so many simple features that are easy to code/develop this day and age that don’t exist in this new version. It doesn’t auto-populate log-in information, address, or credit card info (which is a super easy thing to program into an app with iPhones). It is not intuitive on how to log-in initially - instead of the first page being “log-in or enter address for closest store location” the first screen is “select location.” Select location? You can literally ask me to give you my current location and you can tell me what location is correct.

You could have hired a college student who is semi-developer literate that could have coded a better user experience. If I were FB, I’d demand my money back from whoever you paid to “revamp” this app. But FWIW, I will never stop ordering Fresh Brothers - it’s the best pizza in all of California! Just get your money back and hire a real dev company to create you a real app.

Love the restaurant. The app, however, is one of the worst I've ever used. It's not intuitive or user friendly. The app used to be more like a 3 star app, but they changed it in 2018 and now it's worse and harder to use.
As of April 4, 2019, it's now been broken for quite a while to where I can't even use it. I get to the payment page, click my credit card with "Card Ending son ____," then get denied with a pop-up message telling me I need to select a payment. 🙄 I've skipped eating at Fresh Brothers a few times due to this.
UPDATE: It's September 2019 and I'm still rarely ordering from Fresh Brothers compared to what I used to because the same exact error is making it impossible to order with the app. (Used to be once every two weeks and now it's only once every two months). I just go eat other things instead. They've lost so much of my money already by not updating their app.
Not sure how this app is rated so high. I think people are rating the pizza by mistake.
