WeightCoach comes with daily food suggestions to help you eat healthy, tasty meals and, at the same time, be weight-aware. Achieve your weight goal and get used to a new lifestyle. Crash-diets that make you loose many kilos in short periods of time are not effective on the longer term. The WeightCoach program teaches you healthy eating habits and slowly decreases your body weight. Your stomach will be able to get used to less food intake. How does WeightCoach work?
- You enter your gender, age, height, current weight, physical activity and desired (target) weight.
- Select at what time of the day you eat a warm meal (at noon or at dinner time)
- WeightCoach then calculates a weight loss program for you (approximately 500 Calories below the level that is needed to maintain your current weight)
- WeightCoach sets up a daily schedule with specific Calorie limits for every meal as well as for between-meal snacks
- You enter what you eat and drink until a traffic light turns red. There is a traffic light for every meal and snack interval.
- The built in Coach motivates, advises and helps you achieve your weight goal.
- A clear graph displays your input

WeightCoach also checks
- your physical activity level
- your fluid balance
- your eating habits (meal size, snack size)
