When I was growing up I heard the phrase "...if your life is worth living, it's worth documenting."

And the "Last Time Log" iPhone/iPad Application can be a helpful tool in documenting your life.

Somehow that quote stuck with me.

Whether we like to admit it or not, we are all creatures of habit...

And we often do the same things every day, every week and every year.

Not to mention that we feel differently about things we do in life...
