The human body experiences 5 stages of sleep. Upon reaching the last stage, you return to the first and the cycle repeats. Each cycle takes approximately 90 minutes.

Awaking at the end of a cycle leaves your body more alert. Waking up mid-cycle can leave you feeling tired and sluggish. So, to ensure you do not break your sleep cycles, this app suggests different times at which you should awake, based on 90-minute intervals from the current time.

It also suggests times at which you should go to sleep based on 90-minute intervals from any specific time you wish to awake. Sleep Cycle Calculator will even allow you to set an alarm to ensure you wake at the best times.
