The Highlighter is an application which enables you to draw with fluorescent pens, with 36 colors and 12 background images built-in. Therefore, you can draw colorful and wonderful pictures as you please. This optimized brush allows you to draw at any speed, to any direction. This app will help you draw dazzling effects, and the performance will look natural and clear.
The Highlighter is a very intelligent application. When you are painting on the screen, it will automatically hide the menu. If you need to change a brush, just click the display menu on the bottom, then the brush toolbar appears, all these allowing you to have the greatest room for creativity.
The Highlighter free also supports saving pictures to the photo gallery, sending by e-mail, and sharing with your Facebook friends, etc.
