iTOON Maker is an incredible real time camera app that makes your iPhone into a cartoon creator! Simple to use, you can record movies or snap photos using multiple cartoon effects.
Simple to use! Tap the screen to show/hide the controls. Tap the camera button to take a photo, tap the recorder button to start/stop the video recording. You can choose among multiple cartoon effects by tapping the paint palette button and line button.
