U.S. Figure Skating, the premier source for all things figure skating, has teamed up with Rink Tank Interactive to bring you the ' U.S. Figure Skating Skate Coach' app series for iPhone and iPod Touch. This app will work on the iPad as well, but the app is not Universal. We are working hard on the U.S. Figure Skating Skate Coach for iPad master edition which will be optimized for the iPad so check back soon!

The Skate Coach app series was designed to help skaters, parents, instructors and officials understand the standards set for the Basic Skills Program through the use of high definition video examples. A special thanks to Quincy Hassell & Jennifer Sanchez for their help in getting this app to look so good, as well as Jim Beyer and Elizabeth Fiore of Polar Ice for being so accommodating with ice time!

The Snowplow Sam 1-3 app was designed to help preschool-age children develop primary coordination and strength to move on skates.

Whether in the comfort of your own home, traveling to the rink or during practice, you will always have a Skate Coach in your pocket!
