This app is only a interval timer for Kegel. It doesn't tell you how to exercise your PC muscle.

The Pubococcygeus or known as PC muscle is the muscle you used to stop the urinating flow. And it is basically your ejaculatory control muscle and it pumps when you ejaculate. If you having a hard time to control over your ejaculation, it is most likely because you have a weak PC muscle.

So, how do you exercise your PC muscle with this app?
If you are a beginner, you may:
*Set the interval 30s, total 40m
*Tap Start Button
*Tense PC muscle for 30s then loose it for 30s too(the ring will remind you).
*Increase interval or total if your PC muscle become stronger day after day

A fully trained PC muscle can benefit both you and your partners!
