PGC takes amazingly professional looking photos, looking more like DSLR photos, by applying a carefully designed highlight compressing function.

To work properly, the photos have to be taken underexposed, so tap on a very bright part of the preview before taking the photo. If the result looks to dark, enable "Extended Compression", which turns on a more aggressive compression of highlights.
