A grinder is an oversized sandwich with choice meats, fresh vegetables and cheeses that is oven-baked before being topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and served open faced. The Italian bread is made fresh daily on-site at each restaurant - we don't believe in frozen dough. With more than 25 "great grinders", you are sure to find a new favorite.
