App Description

This 'HealthMatters' app will allow users to access health-related or medical information from ParkwayHealth.

The app offers 9 features:

Hospitals
This section allows users to find out more about ParkwayHealth hospitals (Gleneagles Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Parkway East Hospital, and even the new Parkway Novena Hospital which is opening in 2012),the facilities and services available at each hospital and the individual location map. An appointment making form and call function to reach ParkwayHealth Patient Assistance Centre are also available for ease of appointment booking and enquiries.

Doctors
Users can use this directory to search our ParkwayHealth's specialists either by doctor's name, hospital or by specialities.

Women's Health
This is an area specifically dedicated on women and children services. Over here, we offer information on pregnancy and childbirth, gynaecological and children services. For the convenience of users, there is also a link to ParkwayHealth's Women & Children website (www.womenandchildren.sg) so users can navigate the women & children website within the 'HealthMatters' app.

Services
This section gives a snapshot of the list of multi-disciplinary specialities. There is also a 'Find A Doctor' function to allow uses to search for doctors in the speciality of choice.

Contact Us
ParkwayHealth operates a 24-Hour Helpline through ParkwayHealth Patient Assistance Centre (PPAC). This section provides the different avenues for the users to connect with PPAC, be it for appointment booking or enquiries. Users can contact PPAC through PPAC 24-Hour Helpline (through the call function), email or make an appointment through the form.

Rates
Users can check out our hospital room rates, and the charges of our maternity packages and health screening packages. There's even a health membership programme available for users to sign up.

News
An area where users can receive the latest news and developments at ParkwayHealth

Events
This section lists the upcoming public events in Singapore that are organised by ParkwayHealth.

Videos
Users can tune in to watch ParkwayHealth videos (such as the health series "The Specialist, ParkwayHealth corporate video and other clips) while they are on the move.

In addition to all the above-mentioned features, there will also be 3 standard functions - Back to Home, Search and 24-Hour Call Assist - that provide users the ease of navigating the 'HealthMatters' app and contacting ParkwayHealth Patient Assistance Centre.
