App Description

The Epocrates® EHR iPhone® mobile app is the mobile companion to Epocrates EHR, the electronic health record solution from Epocrates built to meet the specific needs of the small physician practice. This application allows providers to retrieve patient records and process prescriptions anytime, anywhere with time-saving accuracy that benefits the physician, the practice, and the patients.

Providers will have quick, easy access to vital patient information “on the go” with the ability to: 

· View their appointment schedule 

· Search for any patient within the enterprise 

· Access and view a patient’s chart including demographics, problems, medications, allergies, vitals, history and completed notes

· Write a prescription and send it electronically to the pharmacy

Please note that this app is only available to providers with prescribing privileges that are also registered users of the Epocrates EHR solution.
