App Description

SIGMA® Knee Replacement iPad App is designed to give US Orthopaedic Surgeons access to the information about DePuy Orthopaedics’ SIGMA Knee Portfolio. This App features product information on Total Knee Replacement (TKR) / Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA) including surgical techniques, clinical evidence, and much more, in an easy to use, touch screen interface.

The SIGMA Knee Replacement App provides information on: High Performance Partial Knee, including Unicondylar and PFJ components; SIGMA Fixed Bearing; DePuy Orthopaedics’ proprietary SIGMA Rotating Platform; and the unique SIGMA Revision Knee Systems: SIGMA TC3, S-ROM® NOILES™, and Limb Preservation System – which all include DePuy Orthopaedics’ exclusive sleeve and mobile bearing technologies. The user can learn more about how High Performance Instrumentation provides efficiency, precision, and flexibility in an operating room via animations and surgical videos. This App provides patient education tools including images of a healthy joint, diseased joint, and a replaced joint, surgeons can use during their conversations with patients. An entire section in the App is devoted to DePuy Orthopaedics Professional Education, including information on our world-class facility, The DePuy Institute, and key dates for peer-to-peer learning opportunities for the orthopaedic surgeons.
