“Billy Morris and the land of the dinosaurs” is a story book that follows two best friends, Billy and Spud, on a journey into the past. Developed with the current phonic teaching methods in mind it is designed to be fun and educational, with simple text that can be read by, or narrated to, the user.

The story starts when Spud finds Billy reading his dinosaur books. The boys soon decide to travel back in time and find themselves in a strange, new world. The story follows them as they encounter many prehistoric creatures, some a bit too closely for comfort!

Also included is a Dinosaur wiki with 14 entries to read. Dinosaur names can be pretty tricky for even the most accomplished readers, which is why the wiki has narrated names and phonic spellings. It also includes quick visual size comparisons, distribution maps and vital statistics like weight and length with comparisons that even young readers would understand.

There are also two games to play; a card matching game and a puzzle game. Both of these are sure to entertain not just the kids, but, as testing proved, adults too.
