Then, it determines which of several habit-building skills will help you the most, giving you tips and techniques for improving that skill. Five easy-to-read Skill Bars give you visual feedback on your progress.
✔ Measure your growth – GroHabit uses a unique, research-based Habit Score to let you know how habitual your behavior has become. When you successfully perform your chosen behavior, your Habit Score goes up. When you don't, it goes down. Once your Habit Score reaches 100%, you'll have a new habit.
