Let your friends, family and business associates know what time you'll arrive by sending them a twist! Request someone's arrival time if they're coming to you! Organize a pickup for other people!
Making a twist is now easier than ever! Just select your destination, pick the people you want notified, and press the create button! If you change your mind, don't worry, just cancel it! They won't be notified until you move about 300 feet from where you were when you made the twist!
Great for business meetings, coming home to your spouse, picking up your kids, or deliveries!
Shed your anxiety about being late! Meeting at 3pm but running late? Twist will let your friend know that she has a few extra minutes to grab coffee or clean up.
Traffic delays or accidents along the way? Twist will send your recipients an updated arrival time! No need for stressful texting and driving!

Request a twist from someone! If someone is coming to meet you, use the "Request a Twist" feature! After selecting your destination and recipients, hit the "Send Request" button. Your recipients will then be sent a notification requesting them to twist you!
Schedule a twist in advance! You can set up a twist for a future meeting so that you don't need to remember twisting someone when you leave for that meeting. Once you schedule a twist for a future meeting, your recipients will be sent a request to join the meeting!
Make shortcuts for your favorite twists! If you find that you twist the same person and destination regularly, you can add this twist to your favorites. That way, when you embark on your journey you can create the twist faster instead of having to enter in all the information again!
Create a repeating twist! You can tap the circular arrow next to your shortcut to set up when and how often the twist will repeat throughout the week.
Twists are totally private! The twist keeps track of your location only when you start the twist, and it stops monitoring you a few minutes after you arrive. Only your recipients will be alerted about your progress. But if you want, you can post your twist to Twitter or Facebook!
When creating a twist, if you press the "Request ETA" button then your recipients will get a message right away which will ask them to join your Twist journey. You'll be notified when they join. Then when they move about 300 feet from where they were when they joined, everyone included in the twist will be notified of their arrival time! You'll be able to see everyone on the same map!
Change your mode of transportation! Options include car, public transportation, walking or biking!
Modify your settings! For every twist you can turn off the departure or arrival notifications. You can also turn off the "share location" feature, so your recipient will only get your arrival time and your destination location.
Save battery life! Generally, apps that have your GPS location running in the background will significantly decrease cell phone battery life. Twist has developed its own GPS and cell tower data algorithms to minimize battery drain!
Twist offers additional features! Sync your calendar, chat with recipients, set up turn by turn directions and more!
