App Description
Tracking your weight continuously is an essential necessity whenever facing a weight problem or having some other kind of medical limitations regarding your weight or eating habits. However, tracking your weight isn't enough in many cases. Global approved indicators like the Body-Mass-Index and the Waist-to-Hip ratio enables you to do your personal classification regarding your current physical properties.
WeightTrack does support you in tracking your daily weight changes and furthermore provides you with information of your current Body-Mass-Index classification (based on the classification of the World Health Organization) and your Waist-to-Hip ratio classification (based on the classification of the National Institute of Diabetes, Digestive and Kidney Diseases). Clearly laid out charts will visualize your progression of all indicators and help you in achieving your personal goals.
Furthermore, WeightTrack enables you to connect your personal Health app. WeightTrack will store your weight, height and Body-Mass-Index within Health on each update, so you can gain all benefits from this seamless integration.
