Using iTunes file sharing, Confidential Pro allows you to create unlimited backup files that can be transferred to/from your home computer for safe keeping. The Backup Manager within the app also offers a complete solution for managing backup files currently available in the app's documents folder. When importing a backup file, it's as simple as choosing whether you want a basic import, or resetting the application before importing.
