App Description

Join the unique social game known as the Pandora Experiment. How long can players go without opening a box? In Greek mythology, Pandora was given a jar that contained all of the world's evils . . . and one good spirit: Hope. She was told not to open it, but eventually she did.

How long can you contain your curiosity? Simply press on the box to open it, and take your place on the leaderboard for how long you waited. Remember that if you never open it, though, you will never appear on the list! The person who waited the longest can leave a message of hope, inspiration, advertisement, or anything else for the rest of the world to enjoy as a reward for having held out the longest. If you don't like the current message, see if you can wait longer to open the box and leave your own note to the world!

Notes:
* This app requires Game Center.
* There may sometimes be a discrepancy between the full leaderboard, and the leader displayed in the main app screen. In this case, the official leader leaving the message is the one displayed on the main page.

The "Pandora Mechanic" that drives this experiment was developed by Ben Stanley in conjunction with a party game he invented as an entry into the Thousand Year Game Design Challenge: http://www.thousandyeargame.com
