Oh no! The 8-Bit Guy has let himself go and is eating way to much Fast Food trying to eat his way to happiness. All this Fast Food will lead to a heart attack. The only way to help him at this point is to avoid Death and try to let 8-Bit Guy stay alive as long as possible.
Tap the screen to jump over Death. Try to last as long as you can for the high score.
