App Description

Paris, city of beauty and lights, historic and harmonious,
Paris so well-known where expectations run so high, flown over for the umpteenth time: can you still surprise us?

This book sets out to meet that challenge by choosing to unveil Paris through its lights…

When the most beautiful city in the world and one of the most famous Japanese photographers meet together, the result is exceptional!

With his gaze, Yoshio Tomii, one of UNESCO’s official photographers, reveals us why Paris is known as the City of Light.

Whether at dawn or dusk, the photographer has known how to capture these fleeting moments where the hot sun's lights combine with electric lights to show us the most beautiful monuments of Paris in a light casket.

The Yoshio Tomii’s main work (“Our World Heritage”) is nothing but that inventory of the most beautiful sites on the planet.

This application is enriched with the pen of Stephanie de Moulins-Beaufort, a graduate from the Ecole du Louvre and also with plenty of tourist contextual information about the photographed monuments and the cultural sites nearby. This application provides an interactive experience that fully exploits the multi-touch iPad features.

Also discover the interactive map of Paris in 3D and its specific search engine about each monument, built directly in the application.
