App Description

If you are tired of carrying around that big clunky clipboard at the gym, than this App is for you. This will do everything a weight/rep logging sheet will do and so much more. Plus it is FREE so what do you have to loose. This is also my first iPhone app and my first release so i am using it as a learning experience. Please review the app and let me know what you like, also what you would like to see changed. I promise to impress you with my quick turnaround time for the next version.

Features

- Persists Values from Previous Day -
Once you have all your exercises set up you can tap to complete each exercise and the values from the previous day persist to the next.

- Create Custom Exercises -
You can define custom exercises with parameters such as weight, repetitions, distance, and heart rate. You can also enter in custom notes and sets.

- Exercise Timer -
Quick and easy to use timer which will fire an alarm when finished.

- Exercise Goals -
Set custom goals for each set and parameter. The goal will increase in a liner pattern until your goal is reached.

- Graphing -
Generate a liner graph of each exercise history.
