NYCsmokeOUT is a location aware app to assist smokers and non-smokers alike. Smokers will now know where they can and cannot smoke outdoors in the five NYC boroughs. Non-smokers can help NYC's goal of New Yorkers' helping to enforce the law by providing a visual notification of No-smoking zones for those in the vicinity.
