ABOUT BELINDA TAKAHASHI, Ph.D., Mother and Composer:
Belinda Takahashi, Ph.D. is an Emmy award-winning composer and Founder of The Juno Company. She earned her doctorate at the Eastman School of Music and her award-winning compositions have been performed throughout the world. After becoming a mother, Belinda decided to leave her life as a university professor to start The Juno Company with the deep desire to inspire and foster an early appreciation of music. Originally from New York City, she now resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
